Different types and characteristics of pattern aluminium sheet profiles
The specific cleaning steps of aluminium sheet are as follows:
1. Wash the surface of the board with plenty of clean water first.
2. Use a soft cloth soaked with water-diluted detergent to gently scrub the surface of the test board.
3. Wash the board surface with plenty of clean water to wash away the dirt.
4. Check the surface of the board, and focus on cleaning with detergent where there is no cleaning.
5. Rinse the surface of the board with clean water until the detergent is completely washed away.
Caution: Do not clean the hot surface (when the temperature is over 40 C), because the volatilization of excessive moisture is harmful to the surface paint!
In particular, please choose the appropriate detergent, a basic principle is: neutral detergent must be selected! Do not use strong alkaline detergents such as potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate, strong acid detergent, abrasive detergent and paint soluble detergent.
2. According to the different patterns of pattern aluminium sheet profiles, they are divided into the following seven categories:
1. Five-bar aluminium alloy pattern plate: Five-bar anti-skid aluminium plate has become willow pattern plate, aluminium alloy pattern plate. It has good anti-skid ability and is widely used in the design of building (floor) platform and so on. Because the pattern on the surface of aluminium plate is arranged in relative parallel according to five concave and convex patterns, and each pattern has an angle of 60-80 degrees between other patterns, so this pattern has excellent anti-skid performance. This kind of aluminium plate is usually used as anti-skid in China, which has good anti-skid effect and low price.
2. Compass aluminium alloy pattern plate: anti-skid aluminium plate, and five bars play the same effect, but not often used.
3. The orange peel aluminium alloy pattern board can be divided into classical orange peel pattern aluminium board and variant orange peel pattern aluminium board (also known as insect pattern). Its surface is similar to orange peel pattern, so it can also be called orange peel pattern aluminum plate. It is a series of pattern products commonly used in refrigerators, air conditioners and packaging.
