Definition of Shared Aluminum Wire and Connection Mode of Aluminum Wire
Aluminum dividing line refers to its longitudinal full length, and the uniform cross-section actually refers to the metal linear material made from pure aluminum or aluminum alloy. The main connection methods of aluminum conductors are twisted connection, tight connection and welding. 1. Strand connection (take copper wire as an example)
The twisted connection refers to the direct and tight twisting of the core wires which need to be connected with the conductors. Copper wires are often twisted together.
2. Compression connection
Compression connection refers to the use of copper or aluminium sleeve in the connected core line, and then use pressure clamp or pressure die to press the sleeve to keep the core line connected. Copper conductors (usually thicker copper conductors) and aluminum conductors can be tightly connected. Copper conductors should be connected by copper bushing, and aluminum conductors should be connected by aluminum bushing. The oxide layer and dirt on the surface of the conductor core and the inner wall of the pressing sleeve should be removed before tightening connection to ensure good contact.
3. Welding
Resistance welding or gas welding are usually used for the welding of aluminium conductor joints. Resistance welding refers to the use of low voltage and high current through the connection of the aluminum conductor, using the high temperature and high heat generated by its contact resistance to fuse the aluminum core wires of the conductor together. Resistance welding should use special step-down transformer (1KA, primary 220V, secondary 6-12V), with special welding clamp and carbon rod electrode. Gas welding refers to the use of high-temperature flame of gas welding torch to heat the connection points of aluminum core wires, so that the aluminum core wires to be connected to each other by melting. Before gas welding, the aluminium core wires to be connected should be twisted or fixed with aluminium wire or iron wire.
